The Ministry of Lectors is an important one. Lectors proclaim the Word of God to make it come alive and inspire all who are present. The members of this ministry are very dedicated in effectively communicating the sacred liturgy in the first and second readings at each mass.
We are always welcoming new members to this ministry. Each lector has a very helpful and informative workbook to assist in preparing for the readings at each mass. Our priests and present lectors are also always available to help new members. Lectors can read at 1, 2, or 3 masses each month.
If you are interested in joining this ministry, you will find it very rewarding and a beautiful way to serve God and be an active member of our parish.
